
According to the Vedomosti newspaper, no work is currently underway at the facility, and the completion of the project has been postponed indefinitely. Initially, the launch of the first two stages of production was scheduled for spring 2027 and 2028, respectively.

However, the second source indicated that the investor is not going to terminate the project and is exploring alternative ways to expand it. The construction was scheduled to start in early 2025 on the territory of Parnas within the framework of the special economic zone of St. Petersburg. The project envisaged the construction of an industrial facility measuring 6,100 square meters and an office building with an area of 1,800 square meters. The total amount of planned investments was estimated at 7.5 billion rubles, while the company was supposed to create 328 new jobs.
